Larriberau, our Napoleonic farmhouse, is situated in its own land with majestic 400 year old oaks providing natural shade,and private ALARMED 12m x 6m pool, LOCKED gate and FENCE to pool, with stunning views in every direction.

The house has been lovingly restored, retaining all its French charm and romanticism, beams and large fireplaces, whilst at the same time, providing all modern comforts. It sleeps 12 plus babies.

Larriberau is in the department of the Gers, in the old region of Gascony, South West France. Auch, the capital of this area is 20 minutes away, the Pyrenees one hour. The farmhouse is situated on an escarpment with magnificent views in every direction. The Pyrenees, just 50 miles away, with 180degree views around the house, are a tantalisingly beautiful sight, when out. Surrounded by tranquil rolling countryside, the village is a mere 4 kms away,with alimentation and excellent restaurant. Bakery at 5 minutes, 2 market towns 12 minutes. In all, great food, excellent wine, pure magic!
